The odd-looking orange building is the place where visitors can see a small exhibition about the relationships between Ayutthaya and Dutch people, including the history of trade expansion and navigation by VOC (East Indian Company by the Holland) to the continent of Asia. Seeing the exhibition, visitors will realize that the orange building is the imitation of the building of VOC Company.

The Dutch was the second European people that came to Ayutthaya and had consistently had significant roles in Ayuttthaya. They settled down and established the Dutch Village in this neighbourhood. Meanwhile, VOC also settled down firmly to run its business in Thailand.

Apart from interesting contents, the exhibition in the Holland Village is beautifully and modernly designed and arranged. Most importantly, this building was established with the fund personally granted by Queen Beatrix of Holland in order to commemorate the long-lasting friendship between Holland and Thailand in A.D. 2004.

The ground floor of the building, there is a small coffee shop that is not so expensive. After visiting the exhibition, visitors can chill out at the coffee shop.

Opening Hours: Everyday from 09:00 to 17:00, admission fee for a Thai is 50 baht for the exhibition only; other parts can be visited for free.
