To ride a tram (with wheels) and chill out around Ayutthaya city is an activity revived by the province. The tram will take you to Mahathat Temple, Phra Ram Temple, Elephant Center (Pang Chang Lae Phaniat) and City Pillar Shrine. You can drop off at any spot or just take the tram trip which takes around 15 – 20 minutes, which is an activity for everyone.

You can take a tram at the parking lot behind the old City Hall (Tourist Information Center) for free (in the future, this service might charge money) everyday from 08:30 to 16:30.
